Harry Froussios MCIP, RPP
Harry has been with Zelinka Priamo Ltd. since the company’s formation in 1999, managing major commercial and residential development projects throughout Ontario. Harry represents various clients at public meetings and the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal in achieving development approvals, such as Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Minor Variance, and Consent to Sever.
Jonathan Rodger MCIP, RPP
Jonathan is involved in a variety of commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential developments from due diligence through the coordination of development approvals and amendments to municipal official plans and by-laws. On behalf of landowners, Jonathan provides comments for municipal-initiated Official Plan Reviews and Zoning By-law Reviews. Jonathan has provided professional planning evidence before the Ontario Municipal Board, now the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.

Casey Kulchycki MCIP, RPP

Robert is involved in a wide range of development approvals throughout several municipalities in Ontario. His experience includes representing clients as a planner and project manager for numerous Planning Act applications, and as an adviser for a variety of land use planning matters.
Ben is involved with due diligence reports, land use planning justification studies, urban design briefs, and the coordination of development approvals and amendments to municipal Official Plans and Zoning By-Laws.
With over 7 years in land use planning experience, Matt has been involved in the full spectrum of land use planning across Ontario, including large and complex commercial and residential projects, smaller infill projects, rural/agricultural land planning, and municipal comprehensive reviews. Matt has the knowledge and experience base to guide a development proposal from concept to execution through a variety of planning processes. Matt has been qualified as an expert witness at the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) now the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal, is a full member of the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians (CACPT), and a pre-candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).
Darren is involved with land use planning research, analysis, feasibility, justification and the coordination of development applications including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, minor variances, consent and site plan approval.
